RockGarden by Umbrella Prints

Whilst I have my head in baby-land Carly has been working for the both of us running Umbrella Prints and doing a mighty fine job...big hugs Carly xxx

This weekend is the Australian Quilters Market in Melbourne and Umbrella Prints will be there to show case our second range of quilters weight fabric RockGarden. Three new fabric designs as yet unseen by anyone and not yet available in shops.

We both really enjoyed designing this range and were interested in conveying our shared passion for printmaking; the earthy irregular textures of block printing in particular. We designed a number of different colour-ways and eventually chose this print run to be a balance of our colours Kyoto Blue, Cherry Blossom Pink, Bosc Pear, Royal Beige and Orange.

So I'm wishing Carly luck on her trip to Melbourne without me boo hoo ( newborn premmie twins and trade fairs do not mix!). I'm wishing RockGarden my love...we hope you like it :-)
